"Clean and quiet rooms. Bed a little too hard for us.. Professional staff. Evening buffet and breakfast buffet were excellent!!! Very convenient to the airport. Could walk to catch our flight."

"I had made a reservation that needed to be adjusted and had an email confirmation with the hotel's customer service that the change had been made. Upon arrival, I found it was not in their system and I had to prove to them it was made by pulling up my email and forwarding it to their email system again. We needed 3 beds. Upon being downgraded from the room I had paid for to a smaller room, we headed up to our room. There was NO THIRD BED. At that point my daughter went back down to the desk to complain. Another roll away bed was brought up and provided linens. Frustrating as the process took time to accomplish and took away sleep time as we needed to leave at 4am for our flight at the Lisbon airport. PLUS, they have a VERY SMALL parking garage so we couldn't be accomodated and had to park on the street. Very frustrating. On the plus side, I appreciated Antonio's actions to get us taken care of and while small, the room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Thanks to Antonio on the desk!"

"It was a stark but clean hotel. The problem I had with it was after approximately 3 minutes of a hot shower it suddenly turned to barely warm. I had to rinse my shampoo and shave in a very cool shower. "

"Good location for airport (5 -7 min drive depending on traffic), Vasco da Gama shopping mall and Park of Nations with all the activities and restaurants by the river (10-15 min walking). New hotel, very clean and minimalistic looking including the facilities in the room - not much storage space (so if you plan to stay for more than 2-3 nights, you'll have to have clothes in your luggage), no coffee /tea in the room but it does have a water station on each floor (just make sure you have your own bottle though). Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't eat in the hotel but there is a grocery store 1 min walk to the left as you come out that has a nice typical Portuguese cafe that can be used for breakfast / quick lunch. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. You can also leave your luggage with them if your flight is later in the evening on your check out day which I found extremely helpful. I would definitely use this hotel again for a short stay in the area."

"The room was exactly as expected- clean and comfortable. Shuttle from the airport didn’t work well with only a 10 minute pick up window. We ended up paying for a taxi."

"8th floor room was quiet, and clean. AC didn’t work very well so it was a bit stuffy. Staff were all great. Shuttle service to/from the airport was quick."
