Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Nelia Marrakech. Tout s’est vraiment très bien déroulé du début à la fin. Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné et disponible, peu importe l’heure à laquelle on rentre ou on sort. On sent qu’ils ont réellement à cœur que les visiteurs passent un beau séjour à Marrakech et qu’ils profitent pleinement de leur expérience dans le pays. Une mention spéciale à Hamza, qui a été particulièrement gentil, accueillant et attentionné avec nous. Le service était excellent, le petit déjeuner très bon, et le riad était toujours impeccable. Les espaces communs comme les chambres étaient très propres, avec un ménage fait chaque jour et des serviettes changées régulièrement. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis et bien pris en charge pendant tout le séjour. Une très belle adresse à Marrakech que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

excellent hotel (clean , class et excellent service ) . the only and i would say the big glitch is the parking of the hotel resident is shared the casino customer and night club ... the audience are in party mood and drunk .. we had a surprise : Our car was wrecked by a guest of another guest who was likely intoxicated. Our first night was disrupted; we were woken up at 4:30 a.m. and asked to come down to the parking area... we didn't get back to sleep until a few hours later. The way the parking is managed is shocking—especially for a luxury hotel costing $800 a night. We ended up with a sleepless night and thousands of dollars in damages... truly disappointing. The worst part is that they are aware of this and it happens often...

Nice & quiet hotel. Service was good. It’s far from the main tourist spots. They do have a shuttle service if you do want to go into town. Breakfast was good, Would have expected more selection… overall nice clean and a very quiet hotel to come and relax!

Riad Anika is a beautiful place and the staff friendly and helpful. However, the biggest problem was the air conditioning. Originally in the family room 3 before having to be moved to two double rooms as after 3 nights of suffering sleeps in a room that was like a sauna and numerous complaints we were finally moved.
