"The breakfast is the biggest shortcoming overall.
1. The breakfast time is only until 10 a.m. Who will get up that early? If this hotel aims to serve wealthy guests, wealthy guests do not get up that early. Extend it to 11 a.m. or at least 10:30 a.m.
2. The breakfast quality is quite poor, with very limited food. Neither the $20 nor the $40 option matches the hotel level. None of the five-star hotels or Relais & Châteaux member hotels has such a poor breakfast.
3. Mark the room view on Expedia...
"Great location and quite a good breakfast , could have been a few more choices. The plumbing in the Room needs attention , it seems most of Europe has poor plumbing , slow drains , toilets that do not flush well.
Nice clean room and really helpful staff."
