"Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff throughout. Out initial room allocation had a balcony door without a lock, was able to look at a second but that was the same. The third choice came with a lock. Beds were hard, the wet room got wet during every shower time and there was no hot drinks facilities. Breakfast had good and bad points but seemed shoe horned as the outside space couldn't be used due to inclement weather. Eventually we had to leave 2 nights early as the beds were proving too uncomfortable for my wife."
