Wonderful hotel in Rhodes!

We loved our stay at the Allegory Boutique Hotel! Konstantina was a wonderful host. She made a delicious breakfast for us every morning which we ate outside on the patio. We had a private hot tub which was great to relax in after exploring the maze of the Old Town of Rhodes. We really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Staff is highly caring for their guests. Breakfast is freshly made (Mediterranean style). Hotel is well accommodated for babies. Staff brought a baby cot in our room and provided a baby chair for seating baby comfortably during breakfast. We enjoyed our time at Allegory Boutique Hotel! Thank you for your great service!

The manager Constantina was delightful along w her staff. The room was very accommodating. The bed and pillows very comfortable, free water and met all of our needs. A suggestion to improve the lighting in the room, a make-up mirror.

A great escape

Loved it! The staff were great, attentive and helpful. The location is the opposite end of the old town from the cruise pier, so it's much quieter, but still with great shops and restaurants. Room and amenities were very good. I also very much appreciated Georgette and Roberta, the tortoiseshell and tabby cats that call the hotel courtyard home.

Absolutely lovely, from the point of booking and Konstantina checking in to make sure I had a safe collection from the port to the hotel. The hotel was full of character and a perfect location for exploring on foot. Breakfast was served outside my room on the balcony and ready for when I woke up. It’s was a real joy and pleasure to stay there and the added extra of being treated so kindly meant so much. Looking forward to returning..

Simply wonderful

Excellent hotel at the heart of Rhodes Old Town. The breakfast was excellent and the service even better. There is a late charge for flights arriving past a certain time, which is €40 however they do share this on their website. The staff couldn’t have been lovelier or more helpful. Quiet hotel too - we never heard any of the other guests.

We got great service even before we arrived- the team arranged a transfer from the airport and collected us from outside the old town walls in their golf cart. Everything was seamless. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed, a well stocked mini bar and great air conditioning. Konstantina and the whole team really looked after us well during our whole stay- breakfast in the courtyard was really good every day, some days we were treated to cake from a local bakery. It was more like staying with family than a hotel and we would definitely stay there on any future trips to the area.

Seriously, one of the most amazing properties and staff! I would recommend this for anyone wanting a unique and cool experience in old Rhodes. Even though you can’t drive a vehicle into old Rhodes, they will come get you on a golf cart as well as your luggage, which makes it extremely convenient. As well, staff will bend over backwards to ensure you have a wonderful experience.

Great location and staff in Rhodes

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful time at Allegory. Everyone there was extremely hospitable and made us feel welcome and at home. It is a beautiful hotel, extremely well maintained, and in a very good location in the Old Town. Walking distance to all the main sites, but peaceful and quiet at night. We will certainly return to Allegory for future visits to Rhodes.

Ideal location for exploring the old town

This is a lovely boutique hotel with very friendly staff and the most amazing breakfast. The location was excellent for all the major sites within the old town. My only complaint is that it was only after we booked our stay that a surcharge appeared for our late arrival and, when we were checking out, only then were we told we had to pay in cash. A visit to an ATM meant we missed our planned transport to Lindos. This info needs to be clearly stated.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is located in the midst of old Rhoades town which is a fantastic well preserved medieval city. It is easily walkable with excellent restaurants and narrow streets lined with shops as well as broader streets to view the palace, fortifications, and Street of the Knights. The hotel is itself is in an historic building. From the outside it looks medieval. However, our room was spacious with as the modern amenities. We even had a steam room! The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was served in a lovely courtyard. The food was delicious and plentiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel!
