In the valley of Ladiko,close to the famous Anthony Quinn bay is the location of this fabulous villa with private parking area.
The villa offers an outdoor private pool,3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms (1 en-suite),WC with washing machine & tumble dryer.A spacious fully equipped ,open kitchen with an American fridge and a wine cooler.THERE ARE 3 DBL BEDS AND 2 SGLS

3 INDOOR BATHROOMS AND 1 OUTDOOR BY THE POOL
The villa is a part of a residential area with 4 other -all separate luxury villas,all private owned.
The pool got an dimension of 4 x 7 m and every second day it will be cleaned by the gardener.The location is perfect for short trips to Rhodes,10 km and it's world known medieval city,UNESCO World Heritage,or to the Golf course in Afandou reachable within 5 min drive.No Tennis court on premise !

I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.

The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.
This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 15 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash.

Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.

Großartiges Haus

Diese Villa würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch die Gäste unserer Grillparty waren begeistert von dem Haus und dem Pool. Der Grill, funktionierte super, mit dem Pizza Ofen kamen wir nicht wirklich zurecht, was aber daran lag, dass wir sowas noch nie zuvor verwendet hatten.
