Extremely helpful owners

The owners couldn't have been more helpful about helping me navigate around Rhodes including calling the municipality free cart to take me to the port. Room had a balcony over a garden. I was negatively surprised to have to pay for a/c and internet. Hotel is close to the main shopping street. Comfortable mattress, fridge, everything was spotless.

A disgrace of hospitality

We booked for a 22 m2 studio especially because we wanted a kitchen and a balcony and when we get there we were given a 15 m2!? room with only a bed and bathroom. When we realized the situation we demanded our booked room and they explained that there was a mixup and they didn’t have any other room other than the one they gave us. It was of course too late to find a new room so we wanted a refund at least and guess what they gave us 6 € per night for a 108 € per night booking claiming that our original room was 86 € and the one we had was 80 €. Two days later the host was talking with a guest who was checking out from our original room demanding him to pay cash for an overstay ( 150 € per night !! ) as agreed between them. Plus wi-fi was the worst , never working

Esperienza positiva in posto caratteristico

Il check-in è stato rapido e veloce, il proprietario è stato gentile e chiaro. La camera (ed il bagno) era pulita, con aria condizionata utilizzabile, con frigo, tv, wifi, un buon phon. La camera era piccola ma per pochi giorni va benissimo e comunque gli spazi sono gestiti benissimo, sia la camera che il bagno, non disattende le aspettative. Il bagno non ha il bidet ma come penso la grandissima parte degli hotel della Grecia. Forse manca un punto privato dove appendere la roba ad asciugare (costumi e telo mare) ma è da considerare che nel bagno vi era uno spazio dove appendere asciugamani/accappatoi. Probabilmente senza aria condizionata avremmo patito il caldo perchè la finestra è piccola e al mattino è sul punto in cui batte il sole, ma non è stato necessario pagare sovrapprezzo per il condizionatore. L'esperienza è positiva sia in termini di tranquillità che di spazi, sia a livello umano. La posizione non è male, dista a circa 15 minuti tranquilli dalla stazione degli autobus, la via dove si trova è spettacolare. Il posto riflette esattamente quanto indicato in fase di acquisto della camera. Il proprietario inoltre si era offerto di portarci alla stazione dei bus senza costi ma purtroppo probabilmente non ci siamo capiti sull'orario di partenza (errore mio che ho confuso l'orario in lingua inglese). Soggiorno consigliato!!! P.S. c'è un gatto bellissimo e coccolone (ma non invadente) che penso appartenga ai proprietari.

Das Bad war definitiv zu klein. Alle anderen Räume im Haus waren besser ausgestattet. Außerdem wurde in der Beschreibung des Hauses eine Parkmöglichkeit offeriert. Die gab und gibt es aber nicht; wir mussten uns immer einen Parkplatz außerhalb der Altstadt suchen.

Ottima esperienza nel pieno centro della Rodi storica. Purtroppo in 5 giorni non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. La stanza è stata ottima forse più adatta a coppia più giovane in quanto per salire nella zona notte bisognava fare una scala piuttosto stretta e quasi a chiocciola. Ma ci ha dato una spinta di gioventù. Ottima circolazione di aria che ci ha evitato condizionatori e ventilatori la notte. Consigliato.

Piacevole soggiorno per questa tappa nel Dodecanes

Una tappa del nostro tour nel Dodecaneso. Hotel carino, in edifici antichi di Rodi, sembra di stare in una casa greca. Camera pulita, proprietario e moglie cordiali, colazione a pagamento ma comunque di buona qualità e quantità. Hotel in ottima posizione per raggiungere con 10 minuti a piedi ogni punto della Old Town di Rodi.

Dignitosa pensione a conduzione familiare nel centro storico di Rodi. Camera e bagno recentemente ristrutturati. Posizione tranquilla immersa nell'affascinate contesto medioevale della città. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
