Excellent views over the bay.

The owners are so friendly and can't do enough to help. They can't help it if annoying people choose to stay there while you are! The rooms are a bit old fashioned but clean. Fridge in room and 2 hobs if you want to sort out your own food. I like to hire a car so the steep bank was no trouble! The price I paid I was more than happy to pay €7 per day for air con. Very good service. Would go back.

Enkelt hotell med fin utsikt

Hotellet sköts av en mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Det är väldigt lugnt vilket är bra om man, som vi, vill ha det. Bil är ett absolut måste, det är för långt att gå till stranden, butiker mm. Det är spartanskt inrett, med bara det allra enklaste. En hel del saker funkar halvbra, som tex duschen. Pyttelitet kylskåp där dörren ramlade av, men lagades provisoriskt så att det gick att öppna iallafall något. Mycket myror i den lilla kokvrån. Ta med diskmedel, disktrasa osv. Jättebra luftkonditionering i rummet och fin balkong med härlig utsikt. Personligen behöver jag något bättre standard genomgående för att tycka att det är bra, men för det låga priset är det ändå nästan ok. Nu ska det bli skönt att komma hem och sova i en ordentlig säng där inte stålfjädrarna känns igenom madrassen!

Beautiful place with a stunning wiew of Faliraki bay. We could watch the sunset and the dawn from our balcony and from a spacious terrace. Big pool with a large, nicely kept garden. Very quiet and private. The owners were very friendly and helpful all the time. You definitely get value for your money, if you value quality, privacy and comfort. We will definitely return next summer, but next time for longer. Many thanks again, Mr. Alexis! 😊 Schöner Ort mit einem atemberaubenden Wiew der Faliraki-Bucht. Wir konnten den Sonnenuntergang und die Morgendämmerung von unserem Balkon und von einer geräumigen Terrasse aus beobachten. Großer Pool mit einem großen, schön gepflegten Garten. Sehr ruhig und privat. Die Besitzer waren die ganze Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie erhalten auf jeden Fall ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wenn Sie Wert auf Qualität, Privatsphäre und Komfort legen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nächsten Sommer zurückkehren, aber das nächste Mal für länger. Nochmals vielen Dank, Herr Alexis!

Ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le località principali e a 5 min in macchina da Faliraki). Camera con balcone, grande, con angolo cottura... Bella piscina. Peccato solo per la scarsissima pulizia della camera e del bagno (con odore agli scarichi). Cambio poco frequente degli asciugamani.

Sporchi, disonesti e maleducati

Appena arrivati ci chiedono inizialmente 4 euro per avere l'aria condizionata quando nella nostra prenotazione era inclusa. Ci dicono che la colpa è di hotels. Troviamo assurdo che un'eventuale errore di comunicazione tra loro e il sito sia il cliente a pagarlo. In fase di checkout poi i 4 euro diventano 7 dicendo che eravamo noi ad aver capito male quando la mia compagna è in parte greca e lo parla benissimo e ce l'ha detto anche in italiano 4 euro. Comunque, una volta presa la chiave andiamo in camera e la wifi non prendeva. Glielo facciamo notare e ci rispondono maleducatamente che c'è scritto wifi e non wifi in camera. Assurdo. Gli diciamo che uno prenota e paga perchè legge dei servizi e ci rispondono con tono da schiaffi "ehh quanto avrete mai pagato". La camera era sporca, con un lenzuolo che non hanno mai cambiato in 7 giorni. Niente coperta, niente armadio, 4 stampelle per gli abiti, diverse formiche e uno scarafaggio. Lato cucina, pentolame contato e niente per pulirlo e ovviamente loro non pulivano. Proviamo a fare un bagno in piscina ed era lercia con diversi insetti morti, residuo di sporco sull'acqua e tantissimo cloro. Le pulizie per loro sono (quando si ricordano di farle), pulita per terra e cambio asciugamani. Mai più. Evitateli come la peste. Meglio spendere qualcosa in più altrove calcolando poi che ti chiedono soldi in più quando ormai sei li e non ti metti a cercare una nuova struttura. Ottimo il supporto di hotels che mi ha seguito in questa avventura

You get what you pay for, I guess

The hotel is located on top of a hill, 100m above sea level, 1.5km outside of town, so you get a pretty nice view, but without a car it can get tiresome. There is no dedicated parking area, but enough space outside to park the car. The room itself seems recently refurbished, nice, not cramped, and has plenty of power outlets. Linens and towels are provided, but better bring your own soap. Too hot without A/C, which costs extra. Perhaps if it wasn't the top floor, under the hot roof, it would have been cooler. When I checked in, the room had a dozen small spiders in it, but the next day a huge spider crawled in and ate all the small spiders (and then left), so that solved the problem. With A/C you can keep everything closed, so big spiders won't come in, I suppose. One big problem is the equipment (toilet, taps, stove, fridge), which is old and works reluctantly, can't rely on it too much. Tap water keeps changing temperature and pressure with no discernible logic behind it no matter what knobs you twist. Another problem is that Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room (even though the description says it should) - you have to walk downstairs and around the building into the pool area to get reception, but the pool is closed at nights. No teapot in the room, but stove can be used to boil water. All in all, the hotel is livable, especially if you give in and pay for A/C (I didn't, I just covered myself with a wet towel), and for such a low price it may well be worth your while.

Top of the lot.

It's at the top of a nice cool breezy hill that has stunning views of the town, mountains and sea. At night if you open the windows the wind passes through the room and is lovely. Next to no noise from the town or road and the building is not a busy place so plenty of space and peace... nice size pool and grounds with sun beds. Reception / with live in owner (24hr) are very nice and helpful people. You may well need transport but there is a bus stop or a 15 min walk into town... easy, and very good for you!

Vista stupenda

L’hotel è in una posizione ottima, leggermente fuori dal centro di Faliraki, su una collina, un po’ scomodo se non si ha la macchina, ma in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso. Avevamo una camera al secondo piano, la vista dal balcone era veramente spettacolare! Complessivamente la struttura è ottima per il prezzo, l’ho trovata molto pulita e confortevole, unica pecca la doccia, che nella nostra stanza aveva il fermo che tiene su la cornetta rotto e diventava un po’ scomodo riuscire a lavarsi. Non c'è la tv e l’aria condizionata si paga a parte, ma quest’ultimamcosa era chiaramente specificata nella descrizione, inoltre non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno, durante il giorno eravamo fuori, la sera era sufficiente lasciare la porta del balcone aperta e si stava bene. Il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema... anzi, ci hanno aspettato oltre l’orario di chiusura della reception il giorno del check, visto che il nostro aereo è atterrato in ritardo. La struttura dispone anche di una piscina, affacciata sul paese e con vista mare, e di un ristorante, su cui però non posso dire molto perché non l’abbiamo mai provato. Decisamente ci tornerei.
