Amazing property, and amazing dining options, fantastic pool areas for kids and adults, great spot for the private beach.
Unfortunately poor quality bathrooms, broken tiles, broken bathroom door, bathroom door lock - literally falling off the door!!!
A beautifully designed resort with great food and fantastic private-pool villas
We had a very good stay and genuinely appreciated how the hotel handled a difficult start. After an unpleasant experience with our airport pickup driver (not the hotel’s fault), the team very graciously upgraded us to a villa with a private pool — a gesture we really valued. The villa itself was fantastic: a huge pool, spacious rooms, and total comfort. We were thrilled with it.
The food and drink options were another highlight. Everything was high-quality, and the food truck and ice-cream corner added a fun touch. The hotel layout and design are exceptional — it feels more like a thoughtfully designed village than a traditional resort. The kids club was fine and worked well for short visits.
A few downsides: the beach is very rocky and gets extremely hot, so it’s not the easiest to enjoy, even though it’s conveniently close. And while most staff were helpful, the breakfast service often felt rushed and not particularly friendly, which stood out compared to the otherwise great experience.
Overall, a beautiful property with strong food options and truly wonderful villas — we left happy and recharged.
We enjoyed our stay at this charming, quiet hotel nestled in a village-like setting with lovely gardens and a small river flowing by the main restaurant. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and eager to assist. While the main restaurant offered a limited menu, the à la carte options more than made up for it with excellent service and delicious food. The beach was pleasant, and the hotel events, especially the traditional folklore night, were enjoyable.
However, the room cleanliness was disappointing—dust remained on light switches and floors, the towel rack was oxidized, and the toilet splashed water when flushed, despite daily cleaning. Overall, a lovely location with great hospitality but room for improvement in housekeeping.
The perfect relaxing family holiday. All the staff were amazing and accommodating for our children, food was amazing, the pool side service, with towels on the beds and toys, and drinks. Unable to say anything negative.
Overall we had a nice stay. Staff is great and everyone is very friendly while it doesn‘t feel „artificially friendly“. Room, bed and terrace with pool felt cozy and fulfilled every need (2 adults kid). It‘s a great home base for excursions.
However some thing should definitely be improved, considering price for the stay and especially the all inclusive package. (Main restaurant staff repeatedly forgetting things; sprinklers flooding the terrace causing drying clothes to get soaked; mini bar inventory ridiculously bad and barely getting restocked).
Also why not just put up some signs, e.g. that there is a pasta station? We only found out on the last day.
I also saw many other „nice thought but lacking execution“-things but these will only annoy you if you are quite petty.
Again, bottom line is we totally enjoyed our stay and everyone of the staff was really nice and welcoming. Great home base, nice accommodation, just some possible improvements here and there.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. The hotel grounds are vast and beautifully designed, offering a range of amenities including a minimarket, a glasses shop, a spa area, various restaurants, and 2 pools. However, what truly stood out was the exceptionally friendly staff. AL, in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The entire team was upbeat and welcoming; I'll miss many of them as they've truly become dear to me. ❤️
One minor issue was the drainage in the bathroom. Although all rooms were newly renovated, there was a problem with the toilet flush, causing water to not drain properly. However, the problem was promptly resolved by the friendly staff, and as a gesture of apology, we were given an even nicer room. I found this gesture very kind.
The food was excellent, with a wide selection available at the buffet. The hotel's location is very peaceful, and having rented a car for 11 days, we had no trouble getting anywhere we wanted.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again, as I had a truly wonderful experience here.
We stayed 10 days at the end of August, a family of 4 (2xadults, 1x17 yr and x1 13 yr). We were all inclusive in a River Passage 1 bedroom Private Pool Suite.
Previous holidays, we stayed in different MITSIS resorts (Laguna, Alilia, Blue Domes), so our review is compared to these.
Overall, the hotel is set in a beautiful location, well kept and clean grounds. Our room was lovely, with a huge bed, and ample storage. The private pool was cleaned daily, and also had x2 loungers and a day bed. Small things that let it down were, coffee cups that didn't fit beneath the espresso machine, and the constant contact with reception to get our mini fridge re-stocked. It should have been done daily, but a few days we were missed.
The beach and pool area was fab, with plenty of loungers available, no matter the time.
Food was good, but it felt like a few simple things were missing. Like the offer of milk and a spoon with your morning coffee. A gap in time between breakfast ending and the food truck / pool bar opening, meant a small wait. Ideally overlapping times would be better. The food was great, especially the food truck (with our kids). The x3 private restaurants were good, again small things let it down. Not everything was in the all inclusive, so a bowl of rice was €12 !
All the staff were brilliant & friendly.
A small thing that could be easily fixed. We asked for late check out at 5pm, but could only stay in our room till 1pm. This meant shower/changing by the pool before pick up.
The resort is fairly new, the reception is gorgeous (and a great respite from the heat outside), accommodation is excellent, sadly cleanliness was poor and the food at the main restaurant was really really poor, both quantity/variety-wise and quality of the ingredients / cooking. Totally spoils the stay. The restaurant needs a complete overhaul

The food was acceptable, but the options were quite limited. You also need to make reservations for each restaurant, and the menus themselves are rather short.
When we arrived, the air conditioning in our first room wasn’t working, and the air conditioning was very noisy — something that really shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this standard. They changed our room after two days, but in the meantime, the jacuzzi in the first room hadn’t been cleaned and couldn’t be used the first night.
The second room was slightly smaller, but at least the air conditioning worked properly, although the noise issue persisted. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the second room also didn’t work well and wasn’t properly cleaned.
Airport shuttle service is available, but it costs €120 each way. Renting a car for a week is around €200, which might be a better option.
The staff were friendly, but not all of them speak English, which can make communication a bit difficult.
In summary, the hotel is too expensive for what you actually get. The service and facilities did not live up to expectations.
A truly magical anniversary escape!
From the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the picturesque setting of this hotel. It’s a true hidden gem, nestled in a landscape that felt like something out of a fairytale. The hotel itself is a work of art, with a stunning bohemian theme that is executed flawlessly in every detail, from the decor to the lush, vibrant gardens.
However, our initial experience hit a small snag when we entered our room to find an unpleasant smell. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and it was a bit disappointing. But this is where the hotel’s exceptional service truly shone.
We spoke with the manager, Christine, who immediately got in touch with Elpiola from Guest Relations. Elpiola was an absolute star! She not only listened to our concerns but also went above and beyond by upgrading us to a room with a jacuzzi. It was a game-changer and completely turned our experience around.
To our surprise, the thoughtfulness didn't stop there. As it was our anniversary, Elpiola graciously offered us a complimentary spa package. The massages were incredible—they were so thorough and relaxing that we felt completely at ease and even ended up canceling our afternoon sightseeing boat excursion just to savor the moment.
This hotel and its wonderful staff, especially Elpiola and Christine, made our anniversary unforgettable.
We can't wait to come back!

Schmutzig, Ameisen, Kackerlacken, kein Personal
