Excellent

On arrival our check in was efficient and the lady at reception (Christina ?) was friendly and welcoming. The room with hot tub exceeded our expectations. A huge terrace with great sea and Rhodes town view. The breakfast had a selection of options. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable

Spacious room and bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. As it was new year we didn’t have room service for one day which was a little disappointing but I was able to request clean towels and as I said before the staff are very pleased to help. The hotel is situated very close to restaurants and coffee shops and the casino is directly opposite!

The staff at this little boutique hotel are all excellent, so friendly and attentive , nothing too much trouble. Very quiet although just 50m from beach The rooms are slick and minimalist, very comfortable beds with good air con. Nice touch with shower separate from loo Good breakfast choice with lovely lady who after the first morning made our tea without being asked.

Excellent choice

The hotel was very nice and the staff was pleasant. The room was even ready for early check in, which I appreciated. Front desk staff was especially nice during my entire stay. The room was clean and in good shape. Excellent location walking distance to everything I was interested in seeing. Also I would have to say the breakfast buffet was better than expected. They had a great variety of food choices and the food was excellent

Kokemuksemme Island Boutique Hotellista oli hyvä. Hotelli on sopivan pieni, siisti, laadukas ja loistopaikalla. Äänieristyksessä olisi toivomisen varaa, mutta äänet kuuluivat lähinnä käytävästä eivätkä liikenteen äänet kuuluneet huoneeseen. Ilmanvaihto huoneessa hajosi matkan kolmantena päivänä, mutta onneksi saimme vaihdettua huonetta. Hotellin alakerrassa sijaitseva ravintola oli myös laadukas. Yöpyisimme uudestaankin.

albergo nuovo , camere pulite e ottimo il bagno. l'unica pecca è la colazione . la mattina ti fanno trovare un piatto con dentro tre / quattro fette di affettato, due fette di pane e un uovo sodo. questo è tutto. al più si può attendere le nove che apra la cucina per ordinare qualcosa di diverso. ma sempre genere salato, per chi come la maggior parte degli italiani fa colazione con i dolci non ce speranza.

Ideally placed

A beautiful hotel. Very clean and well maintained. It is centrally placed so ideal for both the beach and the shops. The Old Town is about a 15 minute stroll away. The rooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space, the bathroom was clean wirh an excellent shower. There were tea/coffee making facilities which were regularly replenished. We only used the attached restaurant for evening meal and breakfast on first day so not really in a position to comment. Alexandra, the hotel receptionist, was brilliant. She was friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit etc. which ensured we got the most out of our holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Moved me to a different hotel without informing me

Quick version: Imagine booking your hotel 3 months in advance and showing up to find out they don't have your room at midnight on a Sunday. Yes, that's what Island Boutique did. THEN! Imagine voicing your concern and getting a response from management stating "Your words show what kind of person you are!" Being upset that I showed up to a hotel I booked 3 months ago to find they didn't have my room show what kind of person I am? Let me ask you fellow Expedia travelers.....what kind of people are you? Would you be upset in a similar situation? If you would DO NOT book this hotel. Wow, where do I even begin. Imagine you spend 10 years trying to plan the Europe trip of your dreams and you finally do. After extensive research, you choose a hotel, book 3 months in advance only to show up and find they do not have your room, that they have moved you to a completely different hotel, but worse of all they never told you any of this. In the 3 months they had to give you a heads up, you hear nothing. THEN you voice your concern and they attempt to insult you for being upset. Really unprofessional and truly unbelievable. They must have children running this hotel.

Nice hotel close to the beach clean quite basic

Pleasent stay no hassle only negative was that hotel has limited rooms and were unable to offer late check out , had to be out of the room by 2:30 and our flight home was 11 30 pm so was extremely inconvenient on our last day

What can i say but excellent. All staff were wonderful, especially Maria and Syca. Hotel is very boutique style We had room only but had a few meals in the restaurant which were delicious.
