We booked a rooftop suite with an outdoor Jacuzzi. The balcony was worth it for the views alone but the jacuzzi certainly was nice. Staff is excellent. Breakfast was a nice way to start the day. Bar staff very friendly.

Nice reception/public area and friendly/helpful staff. Room was dated and basic. Aircon simply fanned the hot air. Thankfully there was a breeze from the balcony. Breakfast buffet is okay but poor quality juices and no access to a water filter for guests. Adequate for one night.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Rhodes. Breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shops, the port and the old town. Great value and would highly recommend to anyone.

Otelin konumu iyiydi, personeli de gayet iyi ve yardımseverdi. Odamız geniş olmasına rağmen oldukça eski yapıdaydı, renovasyon geçirmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Yataklar çok rahatsız; banyo tesisatı gürültülü çalışıyor, banyo kapısı da uzun uğraştan sonra kapanıyordu. Ayrıca komşu odaların tüm gürültüsü içerideydi.

Yeri iyi ama daha iyi olabilir.

Kesinlikle temiz ama eski bir otel, tadilat yapılmalı. Çok fazla Türk misafiri olmasına rağmen sabah kahvaltıda çay yok dendi. Bitmiş olabilir ama ikinci günde çay olmazsa kabul edilemez. Eksikler alınamaz mı????

I'm torn....?

I really really really want to give this review a 5 star but because of what happened at the beginning of our stay, I just can't. Essentially I showed up and they checked my girlfriend and I in. Everything seemed fine. Our room looked nice and we were excited to begin our first days in Greece after spending a few weeks in turkey. That's where the problems began for us..... We got a phone call from the reception lady asking us to come back down because she had something she needed to talk to us about. Confused, we made our way down... She explained to us our room was only booked for one person and they would have to charge us an additional 20 euros (Per night) for my girlfriend to stay with me. This is almost the same price i payed for the hotel! So, I quickly pulled out my phone and showed her the email stating I had booked the hotel for two people for 5 nights. She kept saying her system only showed one person and basically insinuated my email didn't really matter. She asked me to call Expedia which I reluctantly did.... Even Expedia talked about how it was originally booked for two and they arn't sure whats going on with the system.... The hotel didn't care and still wanted to charge me. So, this continued on for a few hours longer, and a lot of expensive calls later. Finally, we came to the agreement of 10 Euros per night. My problem with this was I checked to see the price difference on Expedia for 1 vs 2 people and it was the exact same price! So, why charge me more?!?!?

A Good Choise

Good location. Nice and central. The staff in the reception were excellent, especially Elefteria. Cleaning service good. Short walk to beach, harbour and Old Town. And only 20 minutes walk to Dodekanisos Seaways (Katamaran) in Colona harbour. Before arriving I had sent a request: A room high above with e view. And I got it! Room 406 at the corner, 4.floor. Very,very good. Thanks a lot.
