Villa Nissos is a modern, newly built 150 sq.m. villa, located within the exclusive Cavo Lindos Villa Complex, overlooking the crystal-clear waters of Vlycha Bay. Just 2 km from the charming village of Lindos, the villa offers stunning sunrise views and a spectacular sea-view terrace with a private swimming pool.
Designed on a single level, the villa features three beautifully appointed bedrooms with queen-size beds and three contemporary bathrooms. The open-plan living space includes a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, providing a perfect balance of style and functionality.
The outdoor area boasts a private pool, a shaded pergola, a dining area, and a built-in BBQ—ideal for relaxing moments and memorable al fresco dining with panoramic views. Secure open-air parking is conveniently located right outside the villa.

The villas are located in the beautiful Vlycha Bay area, within the exclusive Cavo Lindos Villa Complex, just 2 km from the picturesque village of Lindos. The nearest supermarket and local shops can be found within a short drive of approximately 2–3 km, while Vlycha Beach, known for its crystal-clear waters, organized facilities, beach bars, and water sports, is only 1.5–2 km away. Lindos Village offers a wide selection of traditional tavernas, restaurants, cafés, and bars, as well as access to the iconic Acropolis of Lindos, located approximately 3 km from the villas. Diagoras International Airport (RHO) is around 50 km away, with a driving time of about 50–60 minutes. The vibrant Rhodes Town center and the UNESCO-listed Medieval Old Town of Rhodes are approximately 45–50 km away, making them ideal for an easy and rewarding day trip.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
