Food selection was for awful, there is a la carte offering however we were not told during or stay… staff weren’t overly helpful during the stay: Relatively close to faliraki town & Rhodes old town is about 15 taxi away which is fine! Food was a huge let down - drinks offering pretty good

Lovely hotel, very clean. Deluxe room was lovely, however the toilet and shower area are not seperated by a door, but open to the room with a wall to seperate. The wall has a 10 inch gap from the sink up, so if you walk out of the shower without a towel anyone your sharing with will get more than they bargained for. Free kini bar in your room topped up daily inc bottles of water. Beds v comfy and nice pillows. Robe and slippers to. Food was good with 1 al la carte meal inc. Buffet food was good unless you are very fussy. Grounds are really nice with lots of pool areas to use with a slide. Beach access is lovely with a sandy beach but lots of pebbles when you enter the water. Bus stop is right outside hotel to Rhodes town €2.50 per person. Entertainment wasnt great and as you are out of the centre of faliraki thats all you have. We would return to this area but maybe to a hotel a bit closer to the shops and centre of faliraki for things to do in the evening.

Great hotel in a prime location. The entire hotel staff consists of Greeks who hold the most responsible positions in the hotel in all departments of the hotel, but also those who speak more foreign languages. The teams of employees are enriched with people from other countries who also know at least one foreign language and work together as a team in complete harmony. Regarding the building and the rooms, I believe that they should be renovated. It certainly plays an important role if this hotel wants to change its general perception and transform from an all-inclusive hotel into a higher quality hotel. In my opinion, this would be the best, as this hotel is in an advantageous location.. I stayed on the 1st floor with a mountain view and I didn't like it!!! On the lower floor, masonry materials had fallen but were not collected. The pools need renovation. It is unacceptable that the trolleys for changing towels and sheets remain permanently on the floor. The image is not good!!! The bathrobes are worn out!!! Better get rid of them!!! The main restaurant is huge and well designed both externally and internally. Unfortunately, however, in the morning and at noon, its shading is amateurish!!!! The property should invest in either electric pliss or external shading blinds. This way it will also save energy!!

Beautiful Hotel

Great hotel on the beach. The customer service here is impeccable with all of the staff being friendly and accommodating. Food and drink were great. We had a really good stay.

When we arrived the hotel was full , it was very crowded everywhere, wifi was very slow, elevators were not capable handling the load, but everything got fine when hotel was about to close down for winter

Strålende for allergikere.

Et fantastisk sted å feriere. Hyggelig og serviceorientert ansatte. Glimrende sted for allergikere. Maten er godt merket og hovmesteren gikk igjennom menyen hver dag og ved hvert måltid ved behov. Vi var skeptiske da vårt reise følge består av folk med både nøtte allergi, fiske allergi og cøliaki. Vanligvis vil vi slite på hoteller med buffé, men ikke her. 10/10 ⭐️

All inclusive calypso

+ rent och fint rum. Nära till pool och strand med hotellets egna solstolar. Badhanddukar utan extra kostnad. Generösa öppettider för all inclusive. Jättebra frukostbuffé med allt möjligt att välja på. Busshållplats precis utanför hotellet. 5 minuter med buss till faliraki centrum och 30 minuter till rhodos stad. Samt ca 40 minuter till Tsampika beach. Mini market på hotellet. Vänlig personal. Taxi från flygplatsen tog 20 minuter och kostade 32-36€. Det är nästan enbart tyska hotell gäster och t.om personalen pratar tyska. - För mjuk säng, 3 hissar och långa köer och väntetid varje gång man skulle ta hiss då vi bodde på våning 4/7. Hotellet hade ingen bankomat. Inte tillräckligt med solstolar vid poolen. Folk paxade med handduk och det fanns inga solstolar kvar efter 09 tiden. Det var insekter (cikador) som fanns i träden runtom poolområdet. Som lät något fruktansvärt, extremt hög utan att överdriva. Kändes som man hade tinnitus. Rekommenderas att man tar med badskor. Det är svårt att ta sig i och upp vid vattenbrynet i havet då det är stenigt och man sjunker ner. Maten och efterrätterna var ok men dålig variation. Lite samma samma varje dag med olika grytor. Inte så mycket internationella rätter.

Mitarbeiter sind sehr Bemüht. Definitiv. Es reicht aber nur bedingt zum Erfolg. Wir haben ein DeluxeZimmer bekommen. Was sehr laut war die Spaltmaße der Türe sind wirklich ein Witz. Jeder kann wenn er will in das Zimmer schauen. Die Zimmer sind optisch toll. Aber es gibt kein Badezimmer. Lediglich 2 Kabinen die weder Sichtschutz noch Schallschutz geben. Das Wasser lief aus der Dusche ins Zimmer aufgrund der Spaltmaße. Ebenso kann niemand Ordentlich auf Toilette gehen ohne das der andere es roch oder gehört hat. Die tür ist halt leider nur bedingt dicht. Wir hatten Zimmer 307. Die Minibar das Bett sowie der Zimmerservice und Reinigung der Zimmer war tadellos. Das Hotel hat sich in Sachen Service sehr gebessert im Vergleich vor 2 Jahren. Leider hatten wir das Pech Baulärm zu ertragen und das nicht unerheblich. Flexgeräusche und schläge. Das war absolut ein Mangel. Und eben aufgrund der türe war auch der Durchgangsverkehr oder die Gespräche auf dem Flur als seien sie in deinem Zimmer.Leider mussten wir das tun was ich eigentlich hasste. Aufgrund dessen das 2 Hotels sich die Anlage teilen inklusive Strand wurde schon um 6 Uhr angefangen die Stühle am Strand und am Pool zu belegen. Dagegen wurde null unternommen.Das Essen war kalt und nicht qualitativ. Im Schwimmereich am Strand habe ich einen Anker aus dem Wasser gezogen. Kinder hätten da definitiv durch verheddern ertrinken können. (Kabel, Netze)sich andere verletzen. Ich habe dann alleine das Ding aus dem Wasser gezogen.
Die habel.und Netze hatten sich gefährlich nahe ausgebreitet und das hätte tötlich enden können.
Der Strand kann auch schön sein. Links dort gibt es einen Wassersport laden. Morgens riecht es sehr stark nach Benzin. Und naja da geht halt auch mal was daneben das riecht dann sehr lange.
Zimmer ist an sich hünsch wären da nicht die probleme

Mycket fina deluxe rum. Välj mot havet så blir det tystare. Fin inredning å sköna sängar. Rent. Trevlig personal. Hög ljudnivå i matsalen. Underhållningen i april under medel. Bor här för andra gången och kan tänka mig att boka hotellet igen

Sehr schön gestaltete Außenanlage und leckeres Essen. Leider sind die Möbel vor Allem im Außenbereich ziemlich runtergekommen. Die Einweghandschuhe, welche man Corona bedingt überall tragen muss, fliegen wegen voller Mülleimer überall herum und werden vom Wind bis aufs Meer und in die Landschaft getragen, Schrecklich.

Staff gentile e cordiale, buona qualità del cibo, pulizie al top e nonostante l'hotel sia molto grande ci si sente a casa.
