Blue Bay Beach Resort was the perfect escape. The staff were kind and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach was stunning. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful views everywhere. Great food, great service—everything I needed for a relaxing break. Highly recommend!

We loved it!! We were only staying one night and on checking in found they had booked us into their speciality restaurant that evening which was a lovely bonus at no extra cost. Something available if you’re there a week but very unexpected for such a short visit. They even put some wine and fruit in our room. They really did go above and beyond. Great place and staff. The food in the Italian restaurant was also fantastic. Everyone there seemed to be having a great time and we’d come back for a longer break as there was something for everyone and every age group.

Das Hotel hat eine große Auswahl an Buffet, aber nicht wirklich viel Auswahl für Vegetarier. Die Sauberkeit war ok, man merkte, dass die Reinigungskräfte schnell und nicht gründlich im Zimmer arbeiten. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und vor Ort auch sehr hilfsbereit. Leider muss ich den Service des Hotels kritisieren, weshalb ich viele Sterne abziehe. Ich habe meinen Autoschlüssel im Hotel vergessen und dieser wird mir nicht zugeschickt, obwohl ich erklärt habe, die Kosten dafür zu übernehmen! Ich habe versucht, den Versand selbst zu arrangieren, aber es scheitert offensichtlich an der Beschreibung durch das Hotel, wie groß und wie schwer das Paket ist. Ich habe für das Hotel über 1600€ bezahlt für nur eine Woche Aufenthalt! All inklusive war es auch nicht zu 100%, denn es gab Drinks, die man trotzdem selbst zahlen musste! Sorry, aber der Service ist nicht gut! Meine Mails werden mittlerweile ignoriert!

Tres bonne experience,superbe staff,ce que j'ai apprécié pas de file d'attente pour manger et boire jamais plus de 5mn a attendre, nourriture ok beaucoup de choix.piscine tres sympa,les moins sont mon lit etait trop dur,et on est sur le passage des avions qui atterrissent a Rhodes,mais la nuit ca va.Jai vraiment apprécié le sejour.La.clientele est plutot famille..

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer, außerhalb vom Hauptgebäude, was sehr schön und großzügig war. Allerdings ist die Anlage insgesamt sehr groß mit vielen Kindern. Als Paar ohne Kids daher nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Die Lautstärke ist entsprechend hoch und der Kampf um Liegen startet früh morgens. Das Essen war vielseitig und gut, das Personal sehr zackig und nett.
