"Everything was fab, room huge and clean, Spa great although pool could be 2 degrees warmer."

"Fantastic hotel, in beautiful location. Great pool. We paid extra for a river view room, but were very disappointed to find a scaffolding tower to the side of our balcony blocking half the view. The room was set back from the front of the hotel and so the remaining view was limited (Room 501). We asked to move, the staff were very accommodating, but it would have to be next day as they were full. When we got back from our day out and went to the new room, we were not impressed. "This is my second time here. This time I had a small single room in the “attic” and it was great . I woke up to a gorgeous view Of the Rhine River . Breakfast is a perfect feast . The pool and spa are fantastic , the grounds are beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful . "
