"Great Staff and Atmosphere! Wonderful the addvocat drink at reception- plus gratis coffee and cake. The big minus point was that the T.V. reception was inacceptable... the ONLY channel that worked was the shopping channel. In an area where there is not much going on, TV for guests should be a given! "

"This is a family run, first class hotel. The staff are efficient and friendly. The guest rooms we had were just first rate. A suite is really a suite. You cannot buy or manufacture old world European charm and hospitality. At this property these qualities are 4 generations in the making. This hotel never disappoints. The restaurant is just beautiful, with cuisine to match"
