"I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in and explore Heidelberg! It was fun staying above the city instead of in it as were able to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Getting around wasn’t as easy as if you were staying in the city proper but we found taxi, uber, freenow, the bus and the funicular as helpful ways to get around even in the rain! "The hotel was fine, about 25 minutes walk from the Altstadt. It was in good condition, although the Aircon in the room didn't work. The room was comfortable apart from the lack of working Aircon, bed was fine and the room contained a fridge for personal use. Nothing special really about the room, a standard hotel room in a reasonable hotel but at a rather inflated price.
