"Overall an okay stay. Stayed for 1 night with 2 young children while visiting Cardiff. Wanted to use the pool when we arrived at approx 4.30pm. Children aren’t allowed in the pool after 5pm!!! So we weren’t allowed to use that facility. This was the main reason we booked this hotel - to use the pool! ..."
