You get exactly what you pay for however, the room's could really do with a fabric conditioner so there's no linger smoke smell which was off-putting and the reason why it's not getting full marks. "The property itself is a bit outdated although the room in which I stayed seemed newly refurbished and I liked it a lot! Even though it was a budget accommodation, it did include ammenities such as coffee, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The wifi was excellent. The neighborhood was conveniently located for my purposes (25-30 minute walk to Cardiff Bay and to downtown Cardiff). The neighborhood was on the residential side so not very lively. I was on the first floor and was able to hear people going...
