It was clean and very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was also kind and helpful, would definitely stay again during my next trip to Charlottesville!"

This is the only complain that I have for this stay. It should be the direct phone number to reach this hotel instead of going through the Intercontinental group number. It was not smooth to get to the hotel shuttle service. "
