We offer a home away from home, with all necessary amenities and a downtown location. 
The apartments are self-checkin but we offer 24/7 guest service through phone and email.

All of our apartments are unique and individually styled. 
Please note that this property is located downtown, on the main shopping and bar/restaurant street, which is full of life, joy and culture.

The Space:
The 3 Bedroom apartments can accommodate 7 or 8 persons depending on the unit. There are two private bathrooms with a bathtub and shower head.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, stove and tea/coffee facilities.
Splendid views over Reykjavík City and Faxaflói bay can be experienced.

Guest Access:
Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed.

Guests have access to the whole room. Everything is private and for you to use at your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Máni Apartments are located in the heart of Reykjavik City at Laugavegur 18. Laugavegur is the main street of the city, no car is necessary to explore the sights downtown. Short walk to all restaurants, bars, cafés.
Please note that parking in the downtown area is not for free, and please have a look at the parking signs.

- Hallgrimskirkja Church: one of the tallest structures in Iceland, the magnificent 74.5m high church is located 550m from the apartments.

Good space for a small group

You can’t beat the location of this apartment right in the heart of the town. 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. However, it can be very loud in the streets and the bar below at night and into the early hours of the morning. The apartment was well kept. The layout and furniture in the pictures of the listing did not match where we stayed. We did not have a couch area to hang out, simply three bedrooms and a kitchen. The WiFi also only worked in one area of the apartment. Otherwise, it was well worth the stay with our group of 5 people!

Good location

We loved the location of the property as it was central and walkable to everything we needed in Reykjavik. We had a lot of trouble with the wifi not working in our suite which was a bit frustrating as we were moving on to another trip and needed connection. This was sorted out on our final day. The property is could use some updating as far as the furniture as it was very torn and worn but having said that it was comfortable enough for our group. We were unaware that the suite was directly over a bar with live music. Fortunately the music was very good and finished at 11:00. All in all our stay was good and I would recommend this property

Centrally located but terribly managed - do not recommend

We recently stayed at this property in Reykjavik and, unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The apartment had several major issues:The noise levels were unbearable, especially at night, making it hard to relax or get proper rest.Despite the listing saying towels were provided, there were none — we had to make alternate arrangements.The furniture was old, torn, and worn down, not at all like the photos.The TV was advertised as a Smart TV, but it only had three working channels. The Smart TV function and remote did not work at all.Most concerning, the fire alarm went off three different times in a single day, which was disruptive and raised serious safety concerns.We expected far better based on the listing. Sadly, I would not recommend this property, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and reliable place to stay. Look at the pictures and imagine walking into this as a first impression....Quite Terrible. And on top of that having minimum communication. We saw no one from the office come in person to address any of our concerns. Only automated emails or pre-written emails sent. Do not stay here, in fact - VRBO should remove this listing until the concerns are addressed.

Noys avons loué un appartement pour une semaine de travail. L'appartement etait situé au dessus d'un bar qui donne des concerts tous les soirs donc impossible de dormir. Aucune aide de la part d'abritel malgré nos multiples échanges téléphoniques.
