- Cozy family home at Laugarás hill, Central Reykjavík.
Quiet family friendly area at only 7 minute drive from downtown Reykjavík.
Bedroom 1: 2 x 90 cm beds
Bedroom 2: 2 x 90 cm beds
Bedroom 3: 1x 90 cm bed
Living room, dining room, kitchen, garden (shared). Two bathrooms, one of them has both a bathtub and a shower.
The Laugarás Hill viewpoint is in the backyard, giving a great 360° view over Reykjavík.
Nearby attractions: Laugardalur valley, which has the largest Gym/Spa/Swimming Pool in Iceland, named Laugardalslaug / Laugar Spa / World Class Laugar. Also a botanical garden, skating rink, soccer stadium and Laugardalshöll arena / sports center. Laugarásbíó cinema is nearby.
Easy access by bus, no 14 stops right outside, taking you to downtown Reykjavík, also Kringlan shopping mall and Skeifan shopping area for grocery shopping at Hagkaup (Open 24 hours, pricy) and Bónus (cheapest supermarket). Vínbúðin liquor store and Bónus + Jói Fel Bakery can also be accessed at Holtagarðar Gray Line bus station, 4 minute drive.
