The hotel was a 20 min walk to the main centre which worked well for us. The room was big but my only complaint would be that the lighting was bad apart from the bathroom.

Our stay was great! The front desk was extremely knowledgeable about the city, the location was beautiful (right outside of downtown, about a mile walk), and the Icelandic breakfast was incredible. I will be thinking about the skyr and pecan pastries.
