"Ive never stayed at a hotel with valet parking before. Parking situations tend to make me anxious and I had no idea what to expect. We pulled up and a guy came right over and talked to us. Asked how long we'd be staying, how soon we would need the car if at all during the stay and all that. Check in was fairly normal as any other place. Fast and easy. We stayed for St. Pats and one of the biggest things we were excited about was utilizing the rooftop to watch the parade and what an amazing experience that was!! Highly recommend! The only thing that I think could've been better (which is really just my own opinion) is better explaining the hold that is placed on your card when you check in, then how the valet parking is deducted from that hold rather than you paying. It was a little confusing when i saw it all on my statement but i did work everything out and it was fine! Definitely plan to come back for another stay"

"The only problem with our stay was valet parking only. You had to "call" for car , which was actually very speedy and easy, but kind of limited us from just feeling free to go. The staff was amazing and very accommodating! The hotel itself was very clean and interesting to see the old vaults. I will be staying again when I come to my favorite city to see the best Team ever! Go Pens! Thank you Drury for the excellent stay! Also the food was great and where else do you get free dinner AND breakfast!"

"Just a warning, they have a policy that they will only clean your room every third day. I had requested our room to be cleaned on day two of our stay and they refused. We actually booked two rooms, and the second room had hair in the shower. We asked them multiple times to clean it and they never did. "

"TV channel selection is pathetic, it’s 2026 we should be able to select a channel without scrolling 1 by 1 through the whole list. The channel variety is also terrible, hardly any sports channels and unable to watch playoff hockey."
