States quite clearly, the room would be ready at 3pm, however because our flight was early we arrived at 11am, hoping a room be made available but not to be, we were told 3pm. Had a bit of lunch wandered around, came back around 3pm, the receptionist asked my name again & said the room was still not ready, come back 4pm., We returned at 4pm, the same receptionist asked my name for the third tiime … & the room was still not ready, we eventually got in at 4.30,. Great place but a shocking welcome..!

The front desk service was outstanding friendly still very professional!! Delfím and his team are very attentive and make sure the guests are always been taken care of. Very clean and great walking distance from the beach.
