"The room was spotless, and the staff was courteous however, it was extremely cold at the bar doing happy hour. My myself and several other guests complained but nothing was done. "

"The cover on the heater is missing the foam weatherstripping. There’s a little on the left side but none on the right side. Felt like a cold window was open. I resolved it for my stay by placing a folded bath towel on top of the heater. You should repair this so the next guests don’t freeze. "

"The place needs to be renovated. They gave me a room with linen that looks like they got it from Salvation Army. I had to go to Walmart to get my own linen. I had to stay in the room only because I was close to the place I was visiting for the week. The picture on the website was misleading."
