"Our stay at the villa was very enjoyable & relaxing. The host family was extremely welcoming, attentive & generous - we enjoyed some lovely homemade meals. The villa was well- serviced. We enjoyed the large comfortable bed & found the villa, in general, well-appointed & comfortable - good air-conditionimg & appliances were much appreciated. "Adonis was a gracious host, and we especially enjoyed talkig with Nikki, who was part of the staff. Our apartment was spacious, and had a nice balcony with a nice city view that also looked out on the Fortezza. Adonis oriented us to the neighborhood with suggestions and a map. We had kitchen facilities that were very convenient and our bed and air conditioning made our sleep very comfortable. We were even able to easily extend our stay on short notice. We definitely recommend Palazzo Vecchio!"

"What an incredible hotel stay! From start to finish, it was absolutely amazing. The service provided by Gregory at the front desk, Nicolai and Georgios in food catering was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that every moment of my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made me feel incredibly welcome. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay. The views are great.
