"Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood "

"The rooms were clean well stocked the carpet could be better the bar was great the breakfast average for £15 but it is what it is."

"All was very good. Staff in particular were extremely helpful and courteous. Had dinner and breakfast whilst there & all first class. Looking forward to my next visit "
