"I feel the price is a bit high for what it is. I like the university themed decor, but the core is still just a typical 3 star hotel. Lobby staff did not mention the $15 parking fee (I read about it on google). At checkout the next day, I asked again and the staff still didn't mention any additional charge. It ended up being deducted from the incidental charge."

"You get what you pay for. It’s good enough to get you through, but don’t expect any perks. Pros:location! I walked to downtown center, about a mile, took 20 minutes. Beds are comfortable, shower had good water pressure. Breakfast isn’t worth mentioning. Plan on somewhere else. Overall, good economy place."

"Two bedrooms, but only one had a usable closet. There was no desk/workspace. The furniture was comfortable, but would request host change to unscented laundry detergent and cleaning products. I could cast from my phone to the TV but since I don't have apple TV I wasn't able to use any of the TV apps directly. Fast, reliable internet. Good water pressure in the shower. Quiet location, stayed cool with the windows open.The hot water in the "kitchenette" sink was not operable. Notified host after a few days, said they would look into it, but it wasn't a big problem so I said it didn't need to be fixed while I was there. The fridge was not built as a food fridge, it is a beverage fridge. It did stay cold, but there was not a freezer compartment so I couldn't keep more than a day or two of frozen microwave meals. Grocery stores are not nearby. It is stated there is a city ordinance against short term rentals having any cooking appliances beyond a microwave, but I learned there are many rentals that do not follow this. I'll probably look harder for one of them next time."
