Minha única reclamação e uma possível sugestão para melhora futura, é qualidade do que foi oferecido no café da manhã. Por ex. os bolos estavam duros, secos , ruins mesmo. Só havia um tipo de pão, poderiam colocar mais pães macios. Poderiam oferecer adoçante de qualidade. O mamão estava com a casca em alguns lugares mofada, poderiam ter retirado a casca. No meu entender o hotel poderia oferecer um café da manhã simples mas feito com capricho.

Hotel sem flexibilidade, foi cobrado uma taxa de acompanhante sendo que já havia sido pago para duas pessoas, a água quente estava muito gelada, a cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro juntas e eram muito desconfortáveis, assim como os travesseiros também eram. Além disso tudo, a recepcionista era muito mal humorada.
