"I love this hotel and the only one that has truck parking is a plus"

"First of all, we were booked and put in a smoking room, I’m guessing because we booked through Expedia. We had 2 rooms and they were both booked as smoking. Multiple calls were just met with no non-smoking rooms are available. One whole day we had to experience a jack hammer or air hammer breaking of concrete in the room above us. This went on for 8 hours. Couldn’t stay in the room. Calling the desk resulted in we’re at full capacity and can’t move you, and are unable to refund room charges because of Expedia. Room condition was below average with quite a few items in disrepair, notably shower control handle was broken and dangling. We went for the national bowling tournament but probably won’t again due to these hotel conditions. "

"First room smelled like smoke. Then they changed us to another room, but towel rack was falling apart, the desk chair was dirty and we had to put a towel on it to sit. The shower water wasn’t working properly, it would come out hot then cold it wasn’t an even flow."

"Cracks in the floor, no lock for bathroom door. 1/2”+ gap between the front door and ground. Was told I was getting one room and got something completely different was told I was going to be put on the side away from the freeway, was put right next to the freeway."
