The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent this charming 38 m² apartment which is located in the heart of the pedestrian streets and the bustle of the historic center of Rennes. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and equipped and carefully decorated, the Ty Sauveur will welcome you alone or in pairs for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. It also offers a beautiful view of Saint-Pierre Cathedral and the streets of the historic center. Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV and dining room
- An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, washing machine, etc.
- Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), It opens onto a small, pleasant and functional bathroom.

The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot). You can do everything on foot.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Ty Sauveur "normal 🙂 localização 🙁 limpeza não é o forte, chão estava cheio de pó assim como os móveis. internet não funciona, o chão devido ser em madeira e velho a cada passo que damos ele range fazendo um barulho sem fim, isso para não falar de partes do chão que parece que iremos afundar pelo chão a dentro. a casa tem a sensação de andar em desequilíbrio porque o chão está desnivelado para piorar, até a cama está meio inclinada . No quarto janela logo pela manhã entra claridade diretamente na sua cara e a noite vê se a claridade da rua. são pontos que poderiam facilmente melhorar."

Ty Sauveur Très bon séjour au coeur de Rennes. Logement charmant, avec un bon équipement. Nous avons eu des problèmes de wifi et l’agence a été très réactive. Seul petit hic concernant la bruit, j’avais bien lu dans les commentaires que le logement était bruyant mais j’avoue avoir été un peu surprise ! Tout de même, très bon weekend et je recommande.

Ty Sauveur "Das Appartement ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Metro. Viele Restaurants, Bars etc. in der Nähe. Ausstattung fast wie beschrieben (kein Teppich im Wohnzimmer, z. t. einfachere Stühle), aber alles da, was man braucht. Bequemes Bett. Es ist eben ein sehr altes Haus, daher schiefe Wände, knarrender Holzboden, einfach verglaste Fenster. Geräusche von der Straße hört man sehr deutlich. Kommunikation auf Englisch nur nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung."
