Located on a charming pedestrian street in Rennes and set in a typical 18th-century building, Le Ty Baty offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and authenticity.
Carefully renovated and well-maintained, you’ll be charmed by its high ceilings, hardwood floors, and decorative fireplaces.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people and a baby.
It features an open-concept kitchen and living room where you can relax comfortably, a living room (with a sleeper sofa and mattress topper), and a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size Emma Hybride bed.
The double-glazed windows are new, and the curtains provide insulation. The dual-element radiators ensure a comfortable stay.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need: a refrigerator, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker (Nespresso store 200m away), mini-oven/microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, kettle, and plenty of kitchen utensils.

Le Ty Baty offers a wide range of amenities: Wi-Fi, a 55-inch 4K TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime, and an ironing board and iron.

Travelling with a little one? The apartment is equipped with a high chair, a travel cot, children’s cutlery, and a variety of toys and books.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
