Located in the heart of downtown Rennes, Le Petit Botté, a charming 16 m² studio, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, will be perfect for your stay of a few days or a few weeks in the city.

On the first floor, furnished with all the necessary comfort, it has a pleasant living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (hotplates, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker) and a shower room with WC. For the night, a double suspended bed will allow you to sleep very comfortably (excellent quality mattress).

Bed linen and towels are provided, free WiFi access throughout the apartment.

You will enjoy the hypercentre while being quiet, the studio overlooks an inner courtyard.
Close to Place de la République, you are close to all amenities: bus and metro lines within walking distance, shops, bars and restaurants, market of the Auction.
The main places of the city are within walking distance: Jacobins Convent, Fine Arts Museum, Thabor Park, etc.

Le Petit Botté "🙂 Le logement est très bien situé (proche centre-ville, gare, métro). Il y a une crêperie tout à fait correcte juste à côté. Pas de souci pour récupérer les clés. Le chauffage est performant. 🙁 Le lit escamotable est difficile à remonter (besoin de graissage ?). Il y a un chauffage ""horaires de nuit"" automatique qui est programmé jusqu’à 8 h, ou 9 h, donc il fait très froid le matin pour les lève-tôt."

Le Petit Botté "Idéalement situé, à proximité des magasins, restaurants et des transports en commun tels que le métro et les bus, Le Petit Botté offre un emplacement idéal pour profiter pleinement de la ville. Cependant, il convient de noter que lorsque le lit est descendu, l'espace devient assez restreint, en particulier si vous avez une valise ou des bagages volumineux. Cette configuration peut être gênante et rendre la circulation dans l'appartement difficile. L'hôte était sympathique et réactif. Leur réactivité a été appréciée pour répondre à nos besoins ou questions éventuelles. En conclusion, si vous avez besoin d'espace ou envisagez un séjour prolongé, ce n'est peut-être pas l'idéal. Le Petit Botté "Alexandra et Camille sont professionnelles et serviables ! Rien à dire sur la prestation de l’équipe, je tiens à les remercier pour la qualité de leurs échanges et leurs réactivité. L’appartement est bien situé et entouré de plusieurs restaurants sympas. Gros bémol avec l’appartement qui est très petit et très très mal isolé phoniquement. Même si c’est bien équipé, mais, ça manque cruellement d’espace pour le prix payé. On s’est fait brutalement réveiller en plein milieu de la nuit ( 3h30 et 6h ) toutes les nuits (3) par : le voisin du dessus qui est rentré dans tout ses états, qui à mis plus de de heures pour se coucher et qu’on avait l’impression qu’il était avec nous dans la chambre tellement c’était brouillant. Une personne qui a jugé pertinent de sortir les poubelles à 6h du mat en la faisant rouler sur les pavés de la cours. Encore une fois l’équipe est efficace et amicale, mais, la chambre n’est pas confortable malgré l’aménagement et l’optimisation."
