The DUHAMEL residence is located on a quiet street, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, a 3-minute walk from a shopping street with grocery stores and the National Theatre of Brittany, and 5 minutes from the Colombier shopping center, the cinema, and the Le Liberté concert hall. You are only a 10-minute walk from the historic city center. With the nearby metro and bus stops, you can easily get around Rennes.



We will be there to welcome you at check-in and check-out, and are happy to share tips about Rennes and its surroundings.



This 87 m² duplex apartment is on the third and top floor with elevator access. It features two bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. There are two balconies: one overlooking rue Duhamel, the other facing the inner garden.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine. You will also find a washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, a dedicated workspace, and fans for warm days. Each room has heating for your comfort.



The residence offers an on-site garage and a shared bike storage room, perfect for exploring the excellent local shops: bakeries, butcher shops, fishmongers, and cheese shops.



Please note: hand soap is provided, but shower gel is not included. Events are not allowed on the property. The building has step-free access and an elevator from the ground floor or directly from the parking area. Bed linens and towels are included.
