"No, no, no and one more time NO. Place looks amazing, yet the service requires much improvement. I wanted to have some sleep, yet guests of the room opposite to mine had a party in their room and hallway. I called reception to come and calm them down, yet I was ignored. Instead of having nice 8 hrs sleep I had 4 hrs and I missed my breakfast. Morning receptionist was very apologetic yet absolutely useless."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is incredibly tiny, comfortable bed but the worst pillow imaginable. There is little room for privacy when you use the bathroom. "

"Very interesting place for a hotelbto be located. Loads of history as the site of a very old Catholic Church and Priesthood school and learning centre. Also has its own brewery and vine yard. Great location for walking into Kerkrade centre."
