Nice place to rest

The place was beautiful. A bit short on the cleanliness but ok. It’s a really old building and its history shows but the rooms are updated and nice. The breakfast was nice as well. I stayed an extra night and didn’t have to move rooms. That was a plus and nice of them to accommodate. It is very close to Wellness Center. I will be back.

Not a pleasant experience for a 4 star hotel.

When we book the hotel, we were excited to experience and explore the areas because of the hotel structure & history, the surrounding areas, and its close proximity to Maastricht. The hotel is a 4 star and I guess are expectations are high. As we book the rooms via Hotel.coms, we were given a Basement Room, which was okay on size and decor, however, the rooms were too cold even without Aircon, the toilet was not part of the shower but designed in an enclosed built in type, that one who is claustrophobic would not like to use. The service was not that particularly good, missing towels, toilets paper and etc. Overall the experience was not that pleasant for my family and would probably prefer to find other hotel nearby Maastricht.

Zeer mooi hotel, prachtig interieur. Op maandag en dinsdag leeft het hotel minder. Geen leiderschap. Vandaag op woensdag was er een zeer goede receptioniste( in tegenstelling tot maandag) en een super georganiseerde dame voor het restaurant( die er ook al lang op zelfstandige basis is) Op maandag en dinsdag krijg je een mindere indruk van het hotel dan de andere dagen. Directie zou de mensen met zeer weinig ervaring toch nog wat meer mogen coachen. Zou win-win zijn voor iedereen. Wij verblijven reeds voor de 6 de keer in Terhills.

Een gratis upgrade, mooie kamer! Alles dichtbij, heerlijk gewandeld in het natuurgebied en gewinkeld in Maasmechelen village. De dame achter de receptie had wat vriendelijker mogen zijn en de diner-opties zijn matig waardoor we hebben gedineerd in het outlet.

Als je van de parking Elaisa komt en naar het hotel wilt rijden, wordt je verplicht een grote omweg te rijden wegens een nieuwe ‘busstrook’ . Jammer dat er nog extra €10 aangerekend wordt voor de parking van het hotel. Voor de rest was alles tiptop in orde 👍

Mooi slaapkamer met ruime douch Netjes en koffie thee voorziening Dagelijks schone bedden en handdoeken Minpunt kleine hoofdkussens en nietvprettig liggen En voor ontbijt hebben we niet gedaan 25 euro per persoon vind ik erg duur dat is jammer dat het niet meer bij dr prijs is inbegrepen ook als service van hotel hoeft ook niet zo heeeell uitgebreid te zijn
