The ground floor consists of a bright and friendly living space with a comfortable sofa, a dining area, and an ideal desk for teleworking. An elegant spiral staircase leads you upstairs where the separate bedroom is located with a double bed and a view over the city's rooftops. The bathroom and toilet are also upstairs, adjoining the bedroom.

The apartment is fully equipped for your comfort:

Dedicated workspace.

Travelers will have exclusive and private access to the entire duplex apartment. Entry is autonomous, allowing you to arrive at the time that suits you best.

We respect the privacy of our travelers and favor fluid communication via the platform's messaging. Although arrival is autonomous, we remain entirely available to answer your questions or help you if needed during your stay.

Accommodation Rules

No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited, even by the window.

Animals: Animals are not allowed.

Events/Parties: Parties or other events are strictly forbidden.

Respect for the accommodation: Please take care of the furniture and equipment provided for your use.

Respect for the neighborhood: Please respect the tranquility of the condominium during your stay.

Illegal activities: Any illegal activity (trafficking, prostitution, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate sanctions.

Damage: All damage caused during your stay will be invoiced.

Arrival Procedure

Arrival: From 4:00 PM only, with self-check-in. Details will be available on the traveler portal after completing the registration form.

Information Collection and Security Deposit

For security and protection of the accommodations we manage, we have implemented a few simple steps to be completed before your arrival:

Proof of identity: We require proof of identity for each adult traveler present during the reservation. This ensures secure management for everyone.

Security deposit: On some platforms, a security deposit may be required to cover potential damages. This amount is fully refunded within 7 days after your departure, after verification of the accommodation.

This information will need to be entered into a dedicated form that we will send you upon confirmation of your reservation. This form is perfectly secure, and the information collected is used only for the purpose of the reservation. Once this form is completed, you will receive access to a convenient application to organize your stay.

This registration form has been put in place to ensure the security of the accommodations we manage, as well as to allow you a self-check-in at the time of your choice. If, however, this procedure poses a problem for you for reasons of security, confidentiality, internet access, or any other reason, you have the option to send us the requested information by email, or to come directly to our agency during our opening hours:
Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 7 PM, and
Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM, by appointment.

All this information will be gathered in a form to be completed that we will send you upon confirmation of your reservation. Once this form is filled out, you will receive access to a dedicated application containing:

Departure Procedure (Check-Out)

Before leaving the accommodation, we ask you to:
Remove sheets from the bed and gather all dirty laundry.
Do the dishes.
Take out the trash: Trash room on the ground floor
The keys must be returned to the same place as upon your arrival.

Departure: Departures must be made before 11:00 AM maximum. We no longer accept late departures due to repeated abuse.

You can arrive autonomously from 4:00 PM by retrieving the keys from a lockbox.

We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival in the early afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are changed regularly, which is why we send them at the last moment.
