Un buon hotel nel centro di Reims.Lo Staff era molto gentile. è in un ottima posizione. Il letto era molto comodo. Mancavono le prese e le luci vicino ai letti. Non c'è la colazione. Un buon rapporto qualita-prezzo.

It was a horrible experience. When we arrived, nobody was there. We rang a number, and a friendly but confused person showed up. At first he gave the keys to a room, but he wanted to charge us, more than the given price on Hotels.com, and we had already prepayed. He dis not understand. Another family came, and he gave our key to them, and told us that we had not booked a room, even though I showed him our receipt of payment. After a few calls, he followed us to another hotel, about a 15 minute walk. This hotel was horribly old and smelly. He took us to an office, and wanted us to pay again. I refused, and kept showing him and his colleagues the receipt, the proof that we had payed in advance. More calls, more discussions, and finally he just made us pay som sort pf taxes for 6 euro, and we got a room. It was awful! It was small, unclean, og extremely hot. Do not book with these people!!

Hôtel bien placé mais très basique. Chambre propre et bien entretenue. Pas de tapis de sortie de douche, Peu de prises disponibles. Isolation phonique très moyenne. Wi-fi non fonctionnel.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville. Le personnel est sympathique et souriant. La chambre est propre mais n'est ni insonorisée ni climatisée. Le ménage n'a pas été fait durant le long week-end de la Pentecôte. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas servi dans cet hôtel. Des clients impolis ont fait un bruit infernal durant deux soirs d'affilées, j'ai été obligé de le signaler au réceptionniste.

J’ai été très bien accueilli par le personnel et leur restaurant est très bon ! J’ai pu déposé ma valise et gros sac en avance je recommande et partir 1H après l’heure prévue je recommande !

Nous y avons passé une nuit en famille. L'hôtel est assez vieillot. Le point positif c'est qu'il. Est a proximité de la cathédrale et du marché de Noël. Sinon les chambre ne sont pas du tout insonorisées. Nous entendions très clairement nos voisins de la chambre à côté parler, et ceux du dessus qui marchaient ou sautaient sur le plancher... Vu le bruit que ça faisait. Nous n'avons pas prit le petit déjeuner sur place. Il est proposé à 10€/ personne, ce que je trouve assez cher pour ce type d'hôtel.

Chambre au 2eme etage, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait froid. Pas de pression au niveau de la douche, impossible de se rincer les cheveux Chambre mal insonorisée, voisins du 3eme etage bruyants. Heureusement la literie etait bonne et la couette chaude.

Bien placé mais à eviter si vous souhaitez dormir

Accueil, propreté et situation : rien à dire. Mais chambre tres petite, coin lavabo-douche sans porte - et extrêmement bruyante, nous pouvions entendre ce que disaient nos voisines ! Et comme nous etions au 1er étage, nous avons eu le loisir de participer à la soirée musicale du café juste en dessous (commun avec l'hôtel). Je trouve de ce fait que le prix de la chambre est un peu élevé.

A very French experience and the location was perfect for us. It was easy walking distance from both Sciences Po campus and the Cathedral. Many excellent restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building was quaint with a lovely courtyard. The Continental breakfast was very good, but perhaps not what some American might expect. Our room was small but adequate. The only thing that was a problem for us was that the wi-fi did not work well on the 2nd floor. Also, the front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Make sure the hotel is aware of your arrival time. I think they can give you a code that will give you access to your room key, but you might ask them before you arrive. If you are looking for a French experience, this is a good choice. If you "need" an American hotel, try the Best Western :)
