This exceptionally refurbished apartment located 300m from the magnificent Reims Cathedral, on the ground floor of a modern, quiet and secure residence.
It offers a contemporary, neat and warm decoration with all the necessary equipment to fully enjoy your stay.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, oven, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, hood, kettle, toaster, hob), lounge with TV, DVD player, WIFI. An independent bedroom with new and quality bedding, as well as a fully fitted shower room with care products, towels, washing machine and towel dryer.
You will be able to park easily in the street (paid parking) and access on foot to all tourist places and shops near the city thanks to the very central location of this apartment.

Nice apartment ground floor in Reims. Easy to find/easy to access. Safe,clean. Only issues were wifi password was very long and couldn’t get it to work. And half a roll of toilet paper. Good for a stay in Reims for 2 people.

Bonne impression à l'arrivée, cuisine équipée mais :cuisine- congélateur non dégivré- bouilloire électrique entartrée- lave vaisselle pas propre- poêles et casseroles en téflon rayéessalon :- canapé inconfortable- une seule fenêtre basse (pour aération) ouverte sur le trottoir (carrefour)chambre : ( 6 à 7 m2)- lit à lattes non fixées (literie passable)- aucune aération- un placard condamné salle de bain :- machine, chauffe-eau dans un demi-placard- chaise, matelas et lit bébé, accessoires entretien... dans le deuxième demi-placard : aucun espace de rangement- WC, fuite bruyant.La disposition des WC ne donne aucune intimité avec la chambre- fuite sous le lavabodouche :- bac très haut et ouverture trop petite- machine à laver, pas d'étendage ou de sèche lingeDes détails :- pas de table à repasser- aspirateur encombré à notre arrivée- ventilateur médiocreLe gérant est intervenu pour la fuite du WC, (sans effet). A notre demande, il nous apporté une série de poêles pour remplacer les poêles défectueuses.Nous avons fait le maximum pour rendre le logement en bon état. Les clefs on été remises dans la boite à clefs. Aucun retour, aucun message du gérantLocation trop chère. A éviter !!!

Eigenlijk wel goed. Het bed was redelijk smal en ik voelde de lattenbodem. Wifi prima. 2 nadelen (wellicht gelijk tips voor de verhuurder): de buitendeur sluit niet dus je kunt zonder code in en uitlopen wat met een simpel slot van het appartement best tricky is. De douchedeur is redelijk smal voor een 2 meter man. Zonder schaafwonden kom je de cabine niet in. Douche hangt ook vrij laag helaas maar dat ben ik inmiddels gewend. Kathedraal ca 10 minuten lopen net zoals dat alles in Reims te lopen is. Wat een Prachtstad!!! 🙏👍
