Food and staff were great. However there was no air conditioning in the room and no fans either. You couldn’t sit outside in the evening to cool off because of the mosquitoes. So slept very poorly. The sheets have wool in them which made it very itchy to sleep. Kids in near by rooms were very loud and I wish staff would have told them to quiet down. There is no way they didn’t hear them.

Der Aufenthalt war soweit grundsätzlich ok, vermisst haben wir gemessen am Preis und der Internet Präsentation als Erholungs / Wellness Oase die Herzlichkeit und Betreuung man hatte das Gefühl alle waren sehr eingespannt und geschäftig (es waren diverse Events am Laufen u.a. Eine Hochzeit) - schade aber für uns war das zu wenig Erholungsfaktor und Kundenfokus.

Sehr freundlich, sauber und lohnenswert

Das Hotel ist wunderbar auf der Insel Reichenau gelegen mit Indoor- und Outdoorbereichen. Die Zimmer sind gut und großzügig geschnitten. Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach gehalten, aber sehr sauber. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und auch die Speisekarte für den Restaurantbesuch ist sehenswert. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Die Aussicht ist mega!

Ankunftstag: Oberflächlich gereinigtes Zimmer (Der verteilte Schmutz unterhalb der Zimmerablage begleitete uns die vollen 6 Tage). Badleuchte defekt; bei mäßiger Kundenfrequenz 1/2 Std. auf ne Tasse Kaffee gewartet: Kuchen war aus (um 15:30 Uhr!); Check-in-Info 1, dass 2 Tage später ne große Hochzeitsfeier stattfände (die dann unter großem Lärm bis 01:30 Uhr ca. ging. Check-in-Info2: Dass "unter Umweltaspekten" das Zimmer nur noch alle 3 Tage oder bei Abreise gereinigt würde. Tägl. Bettenmachen? Haben wir uns "erstritten".Ausführung war entsprechend. Weiter wurde entgegen der Angebotsbestätigung a)die Parkplatzgebühr von € 10 auf € 15 pro Tag erhöht und b) uns trotz vorheriger Abrede während eines Tagesausflugs telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass Parkplatzreservierung nur für die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer akzeptiert würde. Dass wir uns eine neue Rolle Klopapier extra an der Rezeption abholen mussten, sei nebenbei erwähnt. Ja, es wurde von Hotelseite auf jede unserer Reklamationen sofort reagiert, aber für so viele "Missverständnisse" und Nachlässigkeiten brauche ich kein Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie! Wir erlebten nur 2 freundliche weibliche Angestellte als kleinsten Lichtblick.

Die Unterkunft hat alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Modernes, gut gestaltetes Hotel mit einer warmen, familiären Atmosphäre, tollem Service, ausgezeichnetem Restaurant und Wellnessbereich. Das Hotel hat gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Kloster, Hochwart, Jachthafen sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😁

Schönes und ruhiges Hotel

Moderne saubere Zimmer, sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Klimaanlage war etwas zu warm zum Schlafen eingestellt, man war sehr freundlich und wirklich bemüht, Abhilfe zu schaffen Allerdings war wohl etwas an der Zimmersteuerung nicht in Ordnung, wofür die Rezeption natürlich nichts kann.

Too expensive

Friendly reception, good parking in a garage, big room, but we didn't like the integrated bathroom with a glass wall and one sliding glass door. Absolutely no privacy. This was also the most expensive hotel during our trip. We stayed in other hotels that were better, for half the price.

Bathroom with see-through door

Bed causing back problems (probably personal issue), but biggest problem is that toilets in the rooms have a see-through glass door facing not only the room but also the neighbouring houses. Cleaning staff do not respect the ”do not disturb” sign. Other than that, great hotel, view, and food and friendly and helpful staff.

Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht und waren nicht glücklich. Preis-Leistungsverhältns fanden wir nicht angebracht. Wir haben einen Kühlschrank und einen Tresor vermisst. Außerdem fanden wir die Aufteilung der Betten nicht gut. Wir, 2 erwachsene, 7 und 1 Jahre altes Kind. Wir Erwachsene und unser 1 jährigem Kind mussten oben schlafen. Dort gab es auch kein TV, was für uns nicht

Spa aus Werbung nehmen, stattdessen nur Sauna und

Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht, um uns im SPA Bereich so richtig erholen zu können. Die Aussage SPA verdient das Hotel nicht! Sauna müsste man abmelden, Schwimmbad war keins vorhanden und Massage, na ja. Alles Andere war sehr gut! Super Küche, Frühstück sehr gut und die Aufmerksamkeit bei Fragen super. Liegt wohl auch daran, dass es ein Familiengeführtes Hotel ist. Schade mit dem Bade- Saunabereich, trotzdem würde ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Zeitgemäßes junges Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist erstklassig, ebenso die geschmackvolle junge Einrichtung. Das Serviceteam ist bemüht, jedoch nicht in der Lage, bei der doch recht hochpreisigen Küche den Gast zufrieden zu stellen. Es dauert viel zu lange, ehe man überhaupt erst mal die Karte bekommt, dann um einiges später die Bestellung aufgeben kann und dann noch viel später, ehe die Bedienung erfolgt. Ähnlich auch beim Essen: bei 1/3 Belegung des Restaurants haben wir 45 min auf unser Essen gewartet, Qualität und Menge waren gut. Die Weinkarte mit regionalen Weinen zu klein und viel zu überteuert! Zum Frühstück eine sehr gute Auswahl, jedoch für 15€/Person auch zu hochpreisig. Kommen sicherlich mal wieder, um die Entwicklung des jungen Hotelteams zu verfolgen.
