"Very nice hotel , food was good, rooms clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. One VERY disappointing aspect was the service staff, B Singh, specifically. Zero personality and very rude. Interacted twice asking for ice and treated my adult daughter with attitude and front desk staff had to intervene as well. Not a good look for hotel."

For cleaning you need to request it, and also the small print is to request by 6am. And even checking in, they pass you the task of completing the registration form on a screen. If it saves some a little cost, they’ll do it here. And who cares about guests - they ask irrelevant personal details on the screen form, too like DOB, which you must complete. You cannot buy or manufacture old world European charm and hospitality. At this property these qualities are 4 generations in the making. This hotel never disappoints. The restaurant is just beautiful, with cuisine to match"
