We just to stay there a lot 3 years ago and .. it was clean and quiet. But this time I had to get my disinfectant wipes and clean the whole room and the bathroom the shower was horrible the covers were not washed
Staff is nice. It’s one block from the beach so that is great. The room, however, looks like I would imagine an apartment used to cook meth in deep Appalachia would look. Lights hanging out the wall, mold, a futon with spring poking, unwashed floor/everything, general aroma of mold, a bathroom door that will not close let alone lock, ants, etc etc. use your imagination. Think flop house
Parking is less than desirable BUT it is the beach so it’s par for the course trying to locate street parking.
We will never stay here again.

It’s the perfect spot for what you’re paying for. On the same block as the beach. Owner was super cool and check in was incredibly easy. Would definitely go back for another night!
Location was perfect
The problem was the mislead of the look of place in the pictures online shows a clean nice place but in person we seen alot different such as missing hinge on dr holes in walls kitchen was make shifted need new cabinets n redesigned
Just glad it was close enough to walk to beach n board walk
Got what I paid for. basically is a bed in a room and a shower. Shower was cold, but bed was warm and comfy. Walls were super thin, we were kept up by couple in the next room over. Dan was pretty cool

Very low key. Easy check-in/check-out. A place to sleep and shower, exactly what I needed.
Everything is prepared upon arrival, just to grab the key and park the motorcycle by the patio! Ecellent wifi.

Good price & location, very outdated.
I think this place may be an old convent. The room is very small. I don't need much - just a place to sleep. Cold outside and the rooms have no heat so a space heater was issued. It did the job. Place is clean but old and very outdated. Attendant allowed late checkout so I could shower after running the local marathon. Location is great - walking distance to main attractions. All this is acceptable to me - however the noise barrier was terrible. Can hear pedestrians outside talking. Other is rooms above, next door, seemed like they were in the same room. Need earbuds here to get some good sleep.

A great place to stay if you want save money. Clean, quiet, no smells. AC, microwave, small refrigerator, decent bathroom.
The owner - Daniel - is a nice guy. He is modest but I learned that he is a local legend- runner, Ironman, swimmer. You can see many trophies in the hall when you enter. Daniel, you are a great man!
This property is NOSTALGIC ! Reminds me of when I was a kid and stayed in an old house just like this. It's the charm, regardless of the fact that there were absolutely NO upgraded renovations, it didn't matter to me. Dan is a friendly host. It's incredibly convenient to anywhere you'd like to go in downtown Rehoboth Beach. And there is access to your own parking space. Thanks for the FLASHBACK Dan.
Property was poorly maintained and furnished. Stairs, no elevator. no staff. Required guests to clean their own rooms. Inadequate parking. But close to beach and restaurants
The location was close to the boardwalk. Rooms was hot because everything was unplugged. Shower was falling in and unsafe. There was rust everywhere and stains all over the ceiling.
I am considered handicapped yet my room was on the third floor and I had to walk up steps. The bed was uncomfortable. I kept feeling like the springs were poking me. Location was great near beach & boardwalk. Parking tag only allowed me to park in certain spaces along the street which were often filled.

I loved the price and location walking distance to the beach/boardwalk. I like the free parking pass. I love the second floor outdoor area where the outdoor stairs are! Cute area to chill at. The room was small however had a great working AC unit and loved that we can get fresh air by opening the window easily and window also had blinds!
Room a little small and power cords everywhere. The mini fridge in our room didnt close all the way and then one light bulb to our lights wasn't working. I definetely wanted more towels in the room
The room needed a good sweep, but clean otherwise. Very uncomfortable bed and there were no towels in the bathroom. When I asked about towels I was pointed to the service closet to get my own. I paid for parking on the property but was not allowed to keep my car there after check out even though I paid for the day. I was told other guests needed the space despite the website showing almost all the rooms available. All I can say is that there is a reason why the hotel has vacancy all summer.
