Great Rehoboth Beach House - 3.5 Blocks to Beach!

  • Located off the beaten path, but very close to everything in downtown Rehoboth Beach! This home is 3 1/2 blocks to the beach, and less than 1 block to Rehoboth Avenue, where fine dining and shopping is all around!!

    The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located spacious house. Open house layout with very large living room/dining room open format.

    NEWLY RENOVATED AND LOOKS GREAT. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS OUR HOME THAT WE LOVE AND WE ASK THAT YOU TREAT IT AS SUCH - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS IN MIND PLEASE DO NOT RENT OUR HOUSE. THANK YOU

    PETS WELCOME, please contact owner with information on pets (there is a $20/night pet fee). Off season short term rentals available (2 night minimum).

    THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOUSE

    There is a wonderful deck out back to relax on.

    AS IS COMMON IN REHOBOTH BEACH, GUEST PROVIDE THEIR OWN SHEETS, TOWELS AND PAPER GOODS (and most guests bring their own pillows). Beds: (1) King; (1) Queen; (2) Twin and a (1) full size sleep sofa with a gel mattress.

A lovely house, close to the beach, boardwalk, and other fun stuff. The beds were firm but quite comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than many vacation rentals we've used. The host was very attentive but not intrusive, and the house rules are very reasonable and easy to follow.

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and is close to town and the beach. Our first impression of the home was its cleanliness. In addition, the layout of the home was spacious and suited our needs. The back porch and awning were great too! There was even a small backyard for our pets. We will definitely stay here again!

Great beach vacation with Family

We've stayed at this rental a few times now and really enjoy the location in Rehoboth Beach. The place is clean and perfect for our family of four and dog. It has everything needed and you can easily walk to the stores nearby or the beach as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for a beach rental in the Rehoboth area.

Great beach spot for the Family

We had a great time staying here during our long beach weekend. The house is perfectly located near the main strip of Rehoboth beach and within a very nice community with a couple of parks nearby. Our kids loved the parks and proximity to everything. No issues during our time here and everything had clear instructions as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a great family spot near the beach that is affordable and comfortable.

A nice place to land while visiting the beach. The winding stairwell to second floor is narrow and steep..not for the elderly or handicapped. The layout is nice and the location is central to town. Overall, a nice, quiet place to stay.

Loved our stay!

The property was clean,cozy and comfortable. The only issue we had was bringing our own sheets. I had to go out and buy two sets. And now I have two sets that fit no beds. It was a great walk to town and everything Rehoboth has to offer. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

We have rented in this complex for years. It is a very nice well maintained complex. So glad its pet friendly. It's not far from the boardwalk. But yet far enough out there's no noise. The condo was clean and comfortable. I will stay there again! Thank you Courtney for share your rental!

We had a great time in Rehoboth Beach at the cottage. The neighborhood was so friendly and safe. The seating in the open DR/LR was perfect for the 5 of us. There are two areas so if you don’t want to watch TV, you can sit by the window area and read. The kitchen was clean and organized. The washer/dryer was helpful. Beds were comfy and we were grateful for two bathrooms. The shed was perfect for storing our 5 bikes as it’s a good 3.5 blocks to the beach to the Philadelphia St entrance (which is a quieter area). Before September 15, you can ride on the boardwalk before 10am. Loved the patio! We would definitely return to the cottage.

Our Get Away!

Our stay at your townhouse was wonderful. There was plenty of room and space for storage. The bedrooms were spacious and well organized and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of room for items needed. The steps were a little challenging at first but after a few times up and down they became less so! As for the kitchen, it was stocked with everything we needed. Maybe a Keurig in the future? The kitchen table was great! We loved the size and comfort of it. Having the downstairs bathroom was a plus too! It was nice to have the outdoor patio. If the weather was better we would have used it more. The parking was excellent, especially being that it was covered. Finally, the location couldn’t have been better. It was only a short 10 minute walk to the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer for sure. We look forward to coming down again!
