    OVERVIEW: Lovely ranch-style single-family home in Rehoboth Beach. Offering three bedrooms, updated kitchen, spacious screened-in porch, and a fenced-in backyard perfect for your fur baby.
    LOCATION: Tucked back on a cul-de-sac right next to the Junction & Breakwater Trail, with an easy bike ride to downtown. Enjoy the convenience of a nearby tot lot and farmers market, both within walking distance.
    PARKING: Private driveway for four vehicles.
    AMENITIES: One level, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, central AC, charcoal grill, and Wi-Fi.
    THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied; however, the host offers a linen rental package. One dog is permitted under 45 lbs with pet fee. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges.
