  • This Oceanfront colorful efficiency condo is on the 2nd floor of Star of the Sea. Queen size Murphy bed and Queen size sofa bed with new memory foam mattress in 2025. New 2024 high top balcony furniture and table. Room divider. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and under counter water filter. Updated bathroom. Apple TV 4K. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun Park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views.
    LINENS (SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, TOWELS AND BATH MATTS) ARE NOT INCLUDED.
    Guest to pay cleaning fee of $90.00. Guest chooses to pay by credit card a 2.8% credit card surcharge will be charged.
    During the off season(Labor Day to Memorial Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units there will be noise.
