This Oceanfront colorful efficiency condo is on the 7th floor of Star of the Sea. Queen size Murphy bed and queen size sofa bed. Room divider. 2021 totally remodeled bathroom. 2021 New heating and air conditioning system. 2021 New hot water heater. 2023 New Sealy Posturepedic hybrid memory foam and individually-wrapped coil spring mattress. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun park. miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views.
