Convenient Location

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is conveniently located near downtown and the boardwalk, but is still a quiet area. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including a pie dish!).

The rental is spectacular and just minutes from the beach and the boardwalk . It has spacious bedrooms and a large kitchen with a dining area. First class. Great stay!

New year’s celebration with Friends

We were a few families looking to get away for New Year’s Eve. This place was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and room to spread out. We loved being able to walk into town. We would definitely stay here again. Price was great and it had a classic beach cottage feel. We loved it.

Lovely Location for all that Rehoboth Beach offers

We were a group of friends looking for a pre-season getaway and this location really fit the bill. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, we were able to come and go easily. Large dining table and ample living room seating facilitated easy group meals and get-togethers. House was very clean! You must bring own sheets and towels. Would definitely stay again!

Lots of room and various spaces allowed for privacy and group activities. Hal a mile from the beach…. A ten or fifteen minute walk or 5 min bike ride…. Great for arising early and walking to the beach to enjoy the sunrise. Nice enclosed porch to relax outside protected from bugs and weather

Lovely street and excellent walking distance to everything. Nice porch but door screening is fully torn which unfortunately invites bugs. Comfortable living room and kitchen with large table. Master bedroom and bath is great, other 4 bedrooms and 2 baths are small and oddly situated but doable. We enjoyed our stay, would only recommend some attention to caretaking.

Great location, perfect size home.

The property met our needs for a multi-family stay with adults and teens. The house was spacious and had tons of room for everyone. The screened in porch at night was my favorite spot to relax. The 3-block walk to the beach was a lot to hull all of our stuff but renting a beach wagon fixed that for us. We rented our linen and bath towels through a service that delivered to us, which was perfect. Can’t wait to return.

Its a great house within walking distance of the beach.

The house was spacious and comfortable. However, there is basically no yard for kids to play. The weather was hot and the house was comfortably cool. We brought a little kiddie pool with us but there was limited space to put it and there was not a hose to fill it so that was challenging. Lots of things to do for kids. We had a great time. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent location, great for families

Great stay! Lots and lots of space. Kitchen area is huge!! Screened front porch is lovely. Neighborhood is quiet and easy to walk. Beach and boardwalk and shopping all an easy short walk, even with kiddos in tow. Lots and lots of restaurants to choose from. The only minor complaint is the mattresses are on the soft side so some of our backs were protesting. Otherwise a truly incredible time. For what it’s worth everyone in our party agreed it was superior to our rental last year and should be a repeat.

Nice house, 5 min walk into town!

The house was great even though the weather was not! The rain did not ruin our time though! The house was perfect for us! We had plenty of space to relax. The screened porch was nice and had new comfortable furniture. The beds were comfy too. The kitchen had everything we needed, all the appliances, several coffee makers, and a full sized fridge! It was a 5 min walk into town where there was cute shops and lots of local restaurants. Overall we had a great time!

Great stay in Rehoboth!

A lovely (older) home with a great location - the home has plenty of space and we especially loved the front porch. Though the lay out is a little non-traditional, it gave a nice sleeping separation between those with young children and those who wanted to sleep in. It is only a few short blocks to Rehoboth Ave and 3 long blocks to the beach. Very walkable! The kitchen was better equipped than we expected (based on other rentals we have stayed at). Appreciated the ample space around the dining table too! All in all, a very comfortable home. Communication with the property manager through the VRBO platform was a bit slow - when we communicated via text, he was very responsive.

Thanksgiving with family.

The house is an older home but was in clean condition. Considering the time of year, we were still able to get use of the front porch which has a nice arrangement of furniture. The location of the house is excellent for all walking and biking trips to the local eateries and the beach. We have been to Rehoboth Beach for Thanksgiving for the last 7 years.....it gets busier and more fun every year. The one thing that could be improved since we are there when it’s darker earlier, would be for someone to check all the lights, ceiling fans, porch light, outside side entry lighting to make sure all are in working order. We enjoyed our stay and everyone loved the location.

Wonderful house in fantastic location!

Not super fancy but still a really, really great house in a fantastic location. About a 5 minute walk from all the shops and restaurants on the main drag, and about 10-15 minute walk to the boardwalk, Funland, and beach. We loved the large screened-in porch and roomy kitchen and living areas for a group of adult friends plus two babies. Very clean and well kept! There's even a fun play tent for the little ones. Just FYI, the beds DO have quilts/blankets on them, though no sheets. You have to bring your own bath linens, but that's easy enough to do. Would definitely stay here again! One small piece of feedback for the host: several lightbulbs throughout the house need to be replaced. Not a big deal, but worth noting.

We booked this house for girls weekend. We typically go to the shore in New Jersey but wanted to try the DE beaches. Our group was not familiar with the area but the house location was perfect! Short walk to the beach, Starbucks, shops and the Jolly Trolley into Dewey Beach. Parking was great thanks to the driveway spots and parking permits that came with the house. The house is great for hanging out all together at the large dining table or in the living room (or even the humongous master bedroom). The house offered plenty of privacy with the bedrooms and how they are laid out. We didn’t feel like we were crowded in or on top of eachother and the 3 bathrooms were great while we were all trying to shower and get ready at the same time. Collectively, our favorite part was the screened in porch with a table and porch swing! Michael was a great host and we all agreed that we’d come back to the house again and again!

Very nice / comfortable house for large families and with small children

Very nice / comfortable house. Nice not having to worry about steps with small children. Large common areas and large master bedroom. About 12 minute walk to boardwalk (near Funland). Comfortable screened-in porch. TV's in four rooms, connected with Roku (only). Very responsive to problems. The front central air conditioning was not working although was not sure at first since rear unit was helping somewhat to cool front of house. They had a repair technician come out that same evening and after considerable effort traced the problem to a broken/shorted wire between the thermostat and the outside unit.

Reliving Our Past

When my two daughters were little we took them to Rehoboth Beach for 12 years in a row. That ended years ago as they got older and then had their own families. This year, my wife and I decided to let our daughters relive their youth and give their children (our grandchildren) the Rehoboth experience. I rented this property for a week and brought together all 9 is us. The house was perfect - 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 3 TVs, a large dining area, a beautiful kitchen, spacious living room and a wonderful screened in porch. The only negative was that it was longer from the beach than I envisioned (the 3 blocks are extremely long and are actually almost 1/2 a mile away) so we had to drive to the beach each day. However, it was a Fantastic time in a very comfortable home and a wonderful RELIVING of our past as well as an exiting NEW time for the grandchildren.
