Welcome to The Palms, your serene beach getaway! This spacious end-unit 3BR/2BA condo boasts a tranquil lagoon and community pool views. With comfortable memory foam mattresses, the master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has one queen bed. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV (bring your logins for your favorite steaming platforms), dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. And, updated patio furniture to comfortably enjoy your afternoon Spritz!

Prepare meals in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and enjoy dining in the separate dining area for 6 or on the screened-in porch with seating for 4. Relax in the living area with a couch, loveseat, and chair, with a 55" flat screen Smart TV.

Longer-term stays are considered during the months of October - April. Inquire for pricing.

The Palms is conveniently located near Delaware beaches, offering easy access to tax-free shopping at Tanger Outlets and great restaurants. It's also just a short drive or bike ride to the beach.

Important: Please note that smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. This unit is on the second floor and requires stairs, no elevator. Fireplace is not operational, decorative only. Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. As our guest, you'll receive one pool pass for use of the community pool. The condo complex enforces a noise ordinance with quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM. Third-party bookings are not accepted, the primary renter must be present during the entire stay. Had a great stay here with family and friends. Very clean, well decorated and plenty of supplies like beach chairs and kitchen tools. Loved the screened in outdoor seating area. Great location near the outlets, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Stay

We went down to Rehoboth for the first time for my mother’s birthday and we had so much fun. We were so impressed and happy with the place. It was way bigger than expected, extremely clean and organized all around. The beds were comfy, the neighbors/area were nice and quiet and friendly. We will definitely be booking again for next year’s family vacation!

Nice Place to Stay

My family stayed in two different condos in the Palms. This unit was updated with all amenities and beautifully furnished. The access to the pool was great. We ended up having a family day by the pool and it was wonderful! I would highly recommend this property.

Great rental..

The location is great. It was very nice to have room darkening shades, a sleep sound machine, and power usb strip in every bedroom. The mattresses and pillows were very comfy too. Pool was nice. I would def stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

The property was close to beach, close to outlets, beautifully decorated, beds were comfy, the screened in porch was perfect, the kitchen was stocked, no shortage of supplies, towels and linens were great!! The only thing we would change would be the neighbors upstairs. :)

Cousins Girls Trip

The unit was perfect!!! Very clean with plenty of parking. While it wasn't on the beach the pool area was great and well maintained. The location was close to great restaurants, outlet shopping and anything you could have wanted. There were a few really nice touches...The towels and bedding smelled like Downy and there were lots of cleaning supplies. Another great touch was a full spice rack. I would highly recommend and if I was in the area definitely stay again. Thanks Brian!!!

Girls' Weekend Shopping Trip

The place was a great location for shopping at the outlets and convenient to downtown Rehoboth. Very clean and cozy. Although we didn't spend a ton of time in the rental it was nice to come back and relax before heading out to dinner and shopping. Would definitely stay there again. Great communication and response from the host. Would recommend for a stay in the off season. Reasonably priced, well appointed, it was the perfect spot for a girls trip. Rehoboth was busy with a marathon and Santa Stroll going on downtown. It was so festive and fun!

Great property close to the beach

The owner takes pride in this property and it shows. The place was very clean, new furniture, three spacious bedrooms, stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal with a nice covered porch. Great location with a quick drive to the beach and close enough to jog if you are up for a morning run.
