Delightful! Square efficiency with its beach cottage coastal decor and calming views of the ocean from the balcony. There is a beautiful built in wall unit with glass shelving and queen murphy bed. The living area has beautiful wood flooring and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. For additional sleeping there is a twin bed and closet storage. Sleeps 3 (queen murphy, twin) . WIFI & Cable TV

2nd week stay

We liked Patrician Towers so much, we scheduled an impromptu vacation when this condo became available. It was a lovely place. Everything looked fairly newly remodeled. Great storage use availability. It was great that the sofa is a queen sleeper. The only reason I put 4 stars for the description of the property is because we weren’t aware, but a perfect surprise for us. Love the location for our older teenager (17) and friend. Thanks for a great week and we put our request for this condo next year! :)
